DIGITS secondary number initially not ringing


    To T-Mobile DIGITS support team: Over the past couple of days, I've noticed that, when I try to call my secondary DIGITS from a different phone, the DIGITS web app rings but my mobile phone (iPhone 6) does not. It seems (though I'm not positive), when I unlock my iPhone and launch the DIGITS app, that solves the problem and future calls ring the phone without a problem. I will continue to test this and leave feedback.
