Wow, that's no good ed630. We really want this to work better for you. Are you able to get messages on you 1st duplicate device, or did you still need help? You said the second duplicate has "taken over the primary." What is happening exactly? I'd just like to get some specifics about how it's behaving so we can help figure this out for you.

1 Have removed sim from 1 device # ending in 70
2 Text messages only go to # ending in 71 not primary #
3 Calls are received by both primary and secondary#, primary rings first as I would expect
4 When viewing account online (regular my-tmobile) and clicking on primary# in usage takes me to secondary# which I can click on to get to primary #
Also on my-tmobile
When going to my digits section it shows digits I can use as both primary and 1 secondary number
Other secondary number is shown under digits I can manage
This makes me think something is confused
