HI gilese405 - sorry to read about this! Just to try to pin down the culprit here - has this SIM already been activated, or is it new? If you've activated it previously or been using it for a while now, then I'd recommend testing it in another T-Mobile device so that we can rule out the SIM itself as the problem. If it works in another phone, then the issue may be with the contacts inside of your LG! Please let us know if you've already tried this!
