It sounds like you are trying to log in with using your phone number.
Try this instead:
At the login in page:
- Click Sign in with T-Mobile ID
- Enter in your email address associated with T-Mobile ID
- Enter in your password
If you're prompted to enter in your phone number. Make sure that you're entering the phone number of the phone in hand, and not the phone number of phone you want to use.

Thanks. I was able to get logged in. The device I was attempting to activate DIGITS on is a Verizon phone, and I was attempting to enter my T-Mobile number. It would then send the text to the T-Mobile phone and i would enter the code and get an error.
