    Samsung has now released TWO updates for the Gear S2 smartwatch (one in July, one in December) that have yet to hit devices on T-Mobile.

     

    Devices on other carriers have received the updates.

     

    I have read multiple other posts on the forum about this, as well as called support. No one seems to know what is going on.

     

    So, seriously, what is going on? These updates have features that dramatically improve the functionality of these smartwatches, and not getting the updates is starting to feel like T-Mobile pulled a fast one on me...
