Some things to try:
A. Make sure you are in LTE coverage
B. Reboot the device and wait a couple of minutes
C. If it doesn't show, reboot the device again
If it still doesn't show up, please contact the special care number that is in the on-boarding email and have them check to make sure that the "phone number" of your GS7 was inputted as part of the registration process.
If it was, then make sure that the special care team submits a ticket for the beta so that the team can further investigate.
Sorry that you're having issues getting going, but hopefully we can get you started quickly.
My onboarding email never contained a "special care number" and I'm getting this issue -- what should I do to resolve it?
Rebooting a few times worked for me. It finally shows up under Settings---->Cloud and Accounts
Mine finally "just showed up." Cool!
Next question: is it that I can only add TMO numbers as add'l lines? I have tried adding a number from a non-TMO iPhone, but I get an MSISDN error. Am I trying something that is impossible?
FWIW, on my non-TMO iPhone with the Digits app I am able to have both numbers and it works great.
