I don't want you to miss out on your promo over something that couldn't be controlled on your end. Did you have to re-purchase the Pixel completely? Did you receive a separate receipt for the new Pixel?
The rebate will likely be denied due to the IMEI that you submitted isn't in use on your line. The good news is that you'll have an opportunity to resubmit your promo. The only downside to resubmitting is that you'll have to play the "waiting" game again.

I had it exchanged. I got an exchange receipt but not an actual 'new' receipt.
Do I need to wait until the first rebate gets denied to resubmit the new one?
