This is absurd, every phone company offers to set up a payment plan for canceled accounts prior to sending them to collections. The fact that I can not set up any sort of payment plan is disappointing and makes no sense. This only further solidifies my views that T-mobile is the worst phone carrier.
Payment arrangements are a handy feature to have available when needed. I totally get that being able to set-up a payment plan would make things easier and potentially save the account from being sent to collections. However, canceled accounts are not eligible for this feature with our company as there needs to be an active service agreement in place. I'm sorry we're not able to provide this flexible option for you.
