    I have been trying for days to add a line over the phone and online.  I am being told that the verification department has a block because they are unable to verify information.

        Hey denisesnyder2 - what a bummer!  We're thrilled that you want to bring another line to T-Mobile.  We don't have account access in this forum, so our assistance sadly is limited - but can I ask what step of the process this hang-up happens during?  I know that there's a credit card verification measure that's taken for account protection - is that where the hang up occurs?  I wonder if trying a different card might help.  I definitely don't want you to give up on this!
