I've gotten my back within 10 days of the stated date. I would check with T-Mobile customer service
I haven't gotten mine yet either approved the same day.
You should definitely have this in your hands by now when looking at our timeframe. Have you contacted Customer Care as bhoop747 suggested? If so, what was the outcome?

Oh jeeze! I am sorry that it is taking so long If you were approved you will definitely get it. I would recommend that you reach out to our promotions team so they can make sure everything is in order.

I have not heard a word on mine, no record or anything in my account. Last time I called a couple weeks ago they checked and said I was approved and it can take up to 6 weeks. It's been about 5 weeks now since they received my trade in, so I guess I'll wait another week and see if anything comes through before I contact them again.

I just want clarification here. I've been told by T-Mobile about this rebate 3 different things and every time it's more weeks... I'm starting to get really ticked and as a customer who has been with you since you were Voicestream I feel like really don't matter.

I know that waiting for a rebate that you were approved for is never any fun. I can assure you that if you were approved, you will be receiving these rebates. Here on a user forum, we do not have access to accounts so we cannot see what is going on in real time.
What I can tell you as far as the general timeline goes is that it can take up to 14 days from the date of the submission to be able to check the status of the rebate. Also, it can take up to 6 weeks for the email delivery of the rebate e-Check following receipt and validation of Offer Claim Form and proofs of purchase. All together, we are looking at 8 weeks as the max. If it has been longer than this, I would recommend that you check your spam, junk, or filtered email folders for any emails from LG that might have been missed. If you still do not have the email, you can reach out to CustomerCare@LGrebates.com for further assistance.
@tmo_chrisl There is a disconnect somewhere. Did the usual CS hopping to find the right people to talk to. Seems like LG doesn't care and will not look into it and pushes to the carriers. This problem seems to be affecting all carriers participating with the promo.
I talked to a very knowledgable guy in the T-Mobile store, and he said it can take 8 weeks to get the rebate, said there was language that stated this on the form.
I remeber when I got my G3, there was a $50 rebate, and it seems like it took months to get it from LG. I had actually given up and thought it would never come when the $50 card came in the mail. So who knows with LG, I guess they'll get around to it eventually.
