Yikes allenenriquez1985 that's rough being haunted by congestion. We usually able to isolate this kind of network behavior to a specific area. When this happens, are you cruising around a relatively close area? Also, are you only noticing an issues when you're using the sync services with your car or even when you're using the browser on the phone? If the data issues are following a pretty far distance, we may need to have tech or T-Force file Network Trouble Ticket to have this looked at for you.

Apparently was the towers and certainly I figured out Ford sync is not very good for android so my immediate solution was to pay an iPhone SE it fixed most of my issues so for now it's solved.
