I just received my new ZMAX Pro phone last night and it was working fine but this morning when I tried to reply to a text message, I received the following message "Sorry, this service is not available." What does that mean and how do I fix it?
Well that is a bummer! Out of curiosity, are you a new customer? If so have you called our activations team at 1800 TMobile yet to activate your service? If not, are you using your old SIM card or the SIM card that came with the new phone?

Both phone have been mailed back to T-Mobile due to a glitch in the text messaging system. I have since bought a Samsung Galaxy which I am much happier with. Thank you!

Resetting Network probably would have helped. Also, being a new customer can take a couple days depending on which carrier you port from. Also, any new SIM card or phone might take some time to sync into the network. T-Mobile customer service can reset your account/line connection with the towers.
