Can you change the bill due date for each month?


    The billing faqs page clearly says I can change my bill due date. It's due on the 15th and autopay takes it out on the 13th. I don't get paid till the 15th. Called a few times and they think I'm talking about a payment arrangement and said I can't permanently change the due date. I want to change my due date so it's taken out after the 15th every month for budgeting purposes. Can this be done? And do I just have to keep calling till I get the right person?
