So I upgraded 2 of my line to iphone 7 and 7 plus and sent my iphone 5s in for the trade-in on Oct 7th. Today I received an email from T-Mobile stating that today is the last day that I can sent in the phone for the trade-in. I've called in multiple times to customer support but I'm not getting any response back.


    It sucks cause the return label did not have tracking on it. Anyone else is having this issue with their trade-ins?
