How long is too long to wait for a replacement back ordered phone?


    T-mobile 6.01 os push to my LG G4 soft bricked my phone. Replacement ordered by t-mobile oct 12th it is now oct 23rd and the phone is on back order. I have seen many disparaging remarks on community support threads indicating I will never see a replacement from

    t-mobile if it is on back order.  I have little confidence at this point since I have read other long term customers like myself have wait neigh on 30 days with no results other then being told to buy a phone to use while you wait.

    Support on chat has no way of finding out how long I should wait.
