too much to say, but it floors iphone and s7edge and almost note 7.
I GOTTA GET A CASE TO PROTECT RAISED CAMERA
I KNOW IM NOT THE ONLY WHO GOT THIER LG V20. theres so much within this device its rediculous. BTW,,,,CHECK OUT SPEEDTEST. MY NOTE GOT 180 MAX........V20 GETS ME 260. ITS INSANE.sorry,,,,,had to post pic. insanely mad crazy.
From that screen shot it looks like the Wi-Fi is on.
When I had the Note 7 I would cap out around 180 on WiFi myself. I have never seen it go higher than that. I have a 300Mb connection at home.
NOT the point,,,oh my,,,, its 30 percent faster than note 7, and my asus gaming laptop.
my cap is 75 mbps plan, and because im using 5 ghz band is why i got that speed. faster than gaming laptop.
One thing I have noticed with SpeedTest is a variation in speed dependent what server it attaches to. Just ran a test on Wi-Fi (Comcast) and have the 75Mb service but it hit 90ish but was also connected to a Comcast server and at peak time and as we know cable bandwidth is shared by neighborhood node. I manually chose a non Comcast server and was 15Mb slower. I have found the same when on cell, it usually defaults to T-Mobile servers and is usually faster than others probably because you are never really leaving their network so you aren't competing with "regular" internet traffic since it is really a clean path within their own respective network.
Funny a few months ago I was standing in T-Mobile's south east data center and even though their are windows it is surrounded by other building so only get band 12 in there and even that is thin so my results were horrible so had to give them a hard time lol. What's funny is you wouldn't know there is a data center in that office building unless you were observant and noticed that the other buildings in the complex have 1 (2 for the 2 taller buildings) but this building has 3, 2 of which are outside the T-Mobile area and dwarf the buildings generator.
On my GS7e this is what I have managed on cell. Now that it has the radio update for 4x4 MIMO & 256 QAM I can't wait until they turn that on here in Atlanta.
I will be in Atlanta for a few days. Doing some business training thing. Would rather lounge at home lol.
Anyway yah that's how it always is. The problem for me regardless of which I connected to on WiFi I always hit around 180 when I know I should be getting closer to that. My 5X for example tops at 250ish. I noticed Samsung did fix their weird IPv6 bug they had.
Well ATL has really good coverage with wide band 20x20 Band 4 and Band 12
5x5 overlay pretty much through out. I am about 30 miles NW of downtown but
am in the Sandy Springs/Perimeter daily.
I have no idea where I will be lol. Just know it's in Atlanta and I have a driver and nothing else. Wonder if that is how rich businessmen feel like.
btw...... the B AND O HEADPHONE OFFER not available until oct. 28th. thats sad....it will be backordered as well. good news is my old s7edge 256 gb card comes tomorrow and they owe me one more. if i sell other, no one in thier right mind would pay 256 for it. i will find a use for it.
thats damn good for a smartphone. i will say i ran a video and it buffered for some reason. far as i know, its you tube. no way n hel am i gonna waste time troubleshooting it.
