    apparently winmo 10 or T-Mobile pushed an update last night. phone was working fine yesterday. today it buzzes and starts up to the screen with gears and progress bar but after about 10 seconds showing no progress on the bar it goes to a :-( and then does it again continuously.  i held power and volume up until lightning bolt and gear appeared; however, it didn't go any further or give me any options such as hard reset.  i think i purchased it through T-Mobile web but i don't have my receipt.  i'll try warranty through a store later this week. i just thought some might know how to hard reset a windows mobile 10 phone. Thanks
