    I update my note 5 t-mobile version to the latest update this weekend and today I suddenly stopped being able to send and receive phone calls or texts. I have no 4G/E icon at the top at all. I have restarted several times, I checked all apn settings and I reset them. Nothing has helped.

          Hey just dropping by to see if you're able to get signal. We appreciate you trying those steps yourself. If you're still having trouble getting signal, I suggest trying a Manual Network Selection and see if you're able to connect to T-Mobile.

           

          It's also worth a shot to see if you're able to get signal with your SIM in another phone (if available). It's important we do everything we can to help you so please reply back if you run into any hiccups.
