It has not yet been released for T-Mobile. They do not provide time estimates for when I release will be given. I'm not sure if any USA variant got it yet. Google just released it. It is then typically a few more months before the carriers get it. You can keep an eye on this page for when it is released for the T-Mobile variant.
realnarutouzumaki22332 You also have to understand that when Google releases a new OS that it is for their Nexus devices as it is "pure" Android. LG, Samsung and all the other device manufacturers put their own custom spin (skin) on the OS. Samsung calls theirs Touchwiz, HTC calls theirs Sense and LG while it has one it really doesn't have a name.
As theartiszan mentioned if you look back at history as a reference it is anywhere from 3-6 months until you start seeing the latest role out amongst the non Nexus devices.
The other thing to consider is that sub $200 devices sometimes won't see upgrades to the next OS, not to say they don't ever but they do have a much shorter life cycle (marketing) that the flagship phones do.
I just got my update for my Nexus 5X and so far for what I use my phone
for it's just meh right now.
