There is no account access via this forum. If you have the credit-card sized piece of plastic that contained your SIM card, it will show your PUK code. Otherwise, you will have to contact customer service or T-Force to obtain your PUK code. If you are currently unable to make calls via the TMO network (per lack of a PUK code), you may have to use a VOIP service such as Skype or Hangouts to make the call if you don't have access to another phone. You can also contact T-Force via social media.
