I have been with tmobile for almost 2 years now. I am very happy with their service and devices. However I'm not in the same position financially, that I was in when I first started service with tmobile. I currently have 4 cell lines and 1 tablet line. 2 of the cell lines are jump on demand, all lines have an EIP. My average bill is between 300-400 dollars a month. As previously stated, when I first started my service, I was in a position where I could afford that high of a monthly payment. I am now in a position financially, to where i am unable to make that high of a payment. Does anybody know if there is any way, that tmobile would allow me to cancel my service AND return the devices, because I can't afford to just cancel and pay what's still due on all the devices at once. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
No they will not. What you can do I sell your devices and pay the difference.
