Payments from Citibank lost by T-Mobile


    I am having the same problem as multiple other customers here, for example:

    Missing payment / misapplied. Paid through bank's website to prepaid Tmobile


    Like them, I made payments from my Citibank account, which were received by T-Mobile but not applied to my account.


    I was not able to receive help on the phone. When calling I had a detailed record of transactions from Citibank, but the T-Mobile representative was not able to tell me what information T-Mobile needs to track the payment. I asked them to tell me exactly which payment details they need, but the representative hung up.


    A little help from T-Moible on this would be greatly appreciated.


    It would also be great to hear from others whether or not their problem was resolved.
