Hey, cs9433. No worries, we have an answer for ya! After canceling your service or moving your number to a different carrier, you should receive at least one final bill from T-Mobile in the mail.
It looks like the autopay was completed on my account and I dont have the receipt of payment of ETF and last bill. Could you please help?
