They did make the point that companies that use social media available for tech support offered the best and fastest support.
Do many companies do that? How about the other cell carriers?
I should mention a pointed out that cable companies and cell companies are the worst. They did not mention any company in particular by name.
I'd like to pose a question-should the carriers continue to provide tech support for all issues regarding the phone itself, or should the manufacturers be responsible? Of course much of the time when there is a problem the user would not know whether it has completely phone related or a problem with the cell network.
