I canceled my account about half a month ago. I want to see my last bill because I still have to pay off the remaining balance of my iPhone. But every time I try to log in, this message pops up. I have tried logging in with both the phone number and my email. Nothing works. How can I see my last bill to pay it off? Can anybody help?
It looks like since your phone number is no longer with T-Mobile they can't access your account online. I would call customer care at 1-800-937-8997 to make any payments.
