If the specs from Samsung's website below are correct then 2G and and LTE yes. 3G or 4G non-LTE (HSPDA+) only in some areas since for that they use both 1700 and 1900 and this phone only supports 1900 so in some markets if you don't get LTE your phone will skip down to 2G (EDGE). I have bolded T-Mobile frequencies that match.
