First rule is always check settings, then if they are correct then master reset. If problem still persists if you have PHP (insurance or JUMP ver 1 or 2 (not JUMP on demand)) then T-Mobile can handle the warranty claim for you, if you don't have the insurance and over 14 days then you would need to contact the manufacturer under whatever their warranty guidelines are.
Is there no solution to this?
