Yes, of course, but just as my call with TM tech support, this did not solve the problem.
I googled the issue though, and found the solution.
APN needed to be set as follows, and it works now.
APN type: default,mms,supl,hipri,admin,mobile
APN Protocol : ipv4/IPv6
APN roaming protocol : IPv4
