I just received my LG G5 a few days ago and it is an extremely messed up device. The headphone jack is loose and so my headphones fall out. It rattles when it vibrates. The button to eject the bottom piece looks as if it is going to fall out. The worst part is that the one thing I need it for, which is google maps, barely works. It seems to be unable to locate my device properly and constantly lags when I'm driving. Do I contact LG or T-Mobile? i'm worried they are going to just try and send me a refurbished unit which usually has it's own host of problems.
Also, as a side question, the guy on the phone at t-mobile says I have a week after purchase to sign up for the jump program, how do I do it though?
When was the device purchased? If you are in the first 14 days, it is guaranteed to be replaced with a new device, not a refurb. And it would go through whomever you purchased the device from!
