I have a couple of suggestions for you. First off, if you've registered your mobile hotspot with MyT-Mobile.com, you can remove web guard using the steps on our Add or remove services page.
You can also Contact Us and message our awesome T-Force team through Facebook or Twitter. They're a great group of T-Mobile experts that can access your account and take the feature off for you.
