Call 611. Sounds like either a WiFi Calling or VoLTE issue. I've had a V10
since the day it was released. I live in Springfield, MO and have also used
it in Dallas, San Diego, and Los Angeles. It has performed flawlessly.

i did called 611..they ve opened a ticket for the issue. but at this moment i tried with both WiFi and VoLTE... no changes at all. there are few location that it works great (outdoor), but mostly inside the office buildings..u r pretty much have bad connection where as other carriers connection works flawless.
