I recently updated the firmware on my Galaxy S4 after it was pushed to my phone. Now, whenever I'm connected to wifi and I RECEIVE a call, I can hear the caller, but they cannot hear me. If I'm connected to wifi and I call someone, the other person can hear me fine.
The problem only occurs when I RECEIVE calls on wifi. I have no problem making our receiving calls when in the cellular network.
Any ideas how to solve this?
I found the answer!
When Google Now is set to allow "OK Google" to activate from any screen, the app assumes control of the microphone and doesn't pass your voice through to the call. Setting "OK Google" to activate only from the Google search app solves the problem.
Thank you, this solved my problem. Thanks for taking the time to share.
