I bought a Nokia lumia521 phone amazon in the United States.

But can't use in China.

You need to provide the PIN code, can be provided free of charge?

You need to be a Tmobile USA customer to get an unlock code.

If I were you I would return the phone to Amazon or pay a 3rd party company to unlock the phone.
