      Why won't my ZTE Zinger send or receive email anymore?

          Well abranch007, let's help you get that working again! First off, do you have a strong signal (2-3 bars) and are you able to access the internet?

            I sent a message a week ago asking why my phone will not send or receive email anymore. I have had the same phone with the same plan for a year and about a month ago I was no longer able to access email from my phone. I just want help to figure this out,  I don't want to rate anyone or vote on anyone's Reputation and I don't want to wait a week to get a response that makes me jump through hoops to get no help.  There is no problem with the internet service that I have, so that is not the problem.

              For sure. I wasn't trying to make you jump through hoops. The questions about signal and if you can access internet are a few basic things we'd want to check to figure out why your email's aren't sending or being received. Because there can be many different factors that could cause this, we start off with the basics, then work our way to other possible root causes. I can assure you, the ultimate goal is to help you with this.

                So if I am not jumping through hoops, where can I get and answer to my question?  Is there somebody at your company who knows the answer or has an idea as to why I cannot receive or send email.  September 17 was the last time it worked.  my internet has not changed, my plan has not changed, my phone has not changed, my job has not changed.

                  Since your plan hasn't changed and you do have internet, this would require more thorough troubleshooting to answer this question. Keep in  mind there are different factors that could contribute to your email not working. You would need to Contact Us via phone or through social media. A tech specialist will be able to dig further into this and give you the answer.
