I need to get another phone because my one right now is broken the charging port wont work. Can i go in a store and get a new one or do I have to call customer support? I have warranty.
If you have an Apple store by you I would go there to see if they
will fix it.
If you do a claim through insurance they will probably send you a refurb
as a replacement.
