I did not drop or crack the screen it just went blank on me. I can still touch the screen and it will give me feed back for example I can unlock it and shut it off because I remember where the unlock slider is.
Forgot to ask if this happen to anyone else and what I’m I to do?
Did you use the force power off button inside the SIM/SD card door?
i just had it replace by calling CS.
I am on my second streak because the screan goes black, it will not power on or charge. Is that the same problem you had?
they never replaced my Dell Streak 7 and 2 years paid data services for device that NEVER worked. Nice to know someone was treated well...may I ask how long you have been with TMO? I assume since I have een loyal customer since 2001 they do NOTHING ut expect ill pay every month...
