The TVision HUB is a 4K HMDI device with access to over 8,000 video streaming, music, and gaming applications along with a programmable Guide and DVR buttons to jump directly into your favorite Live TV application. The TVision HUB also includes Google Assistant for voice search and smart home control directly from the HUB remote. You can get the TVision HUB through Customer Care, T-Mobile.com, or in a T-Mobile store. The HUB cannot be purchased through the T-Mobile app.

Getting started

  1. To connect to your TV, plug your TVision HUB into any open HDMI port on the TV.
  2. Plug the USB cable provided (small end) into the TVision HUB, and plug the adapter into the included power outlet. 
    • Plugging into the USB port on a TV for power is not recommended for optimal power to the TVision HUB device.
    • The TVision HUB requires 1 amp of power to function properly. 
  3. Open the back of the remote and insert the batteries.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to pair your remote.
  5. Follow the instructions on your screen to finish setup and device activation.
