Wow, that's a bummer but we wanna get your service working properly. Have you heard anything back from our T-Force team? A good starting point to make sure our account system shows the line is active. Have they checked your account to make sure it's set up properly?
Good morning, stivencab3! I'm hoping that by now your service has returned. It's super odd that you had no service during this period of time. When we switch account types there is generally no down time so I'm not exactly sure why this happened.
