Hello, I purchased T-Mobile sim card and used it until last tuesday.
I want to sign up a T-Mobile website and see how much data I used, but I can't sign up for it.
It doesn't work in my cell phone and computer.
When I write my personal information (name, mobile phone number, mail, password) and press the 'sign up' button, the screen just turn to white. Do you happen to know why? If you know why, I would appreciate your help.
(Actually, i'm not good at english, sorry for that)
That's odd, but we totally want to get this resolved for you. Have you tried other browsers to see if the same thing happens? If you clear out your history and test it out, does that work?
