Can’t access bill details online or on app


    I’ve been trying to access my bill details.  When I go online I get an error page saying that the page is unavailable.  When I try to use the app all the bottom menu links don’t work and there is an alert saying no primary account holder.  Please help.

        Hello there, only the number assigned as the PAH (Primary Account Holder) can view full bill details for all of the lines.  If you don't have any luck getting it set up on the website (which unfortunately can be a common issue), you can reach out to care at 611, use the Message Us link on this page, or reach out to T-Force via Facebook or Twitter to have them manually set the PAH for you.
