I joined T-Mobile about a month ago, on July 18 if I remember correctly.
The date I got that error was last Friday 8/24 when I was finally and for
the first time, able to enter the page to initiate this process.
Thanks for getting back to me, Ricardo! I'm assuming you traded in your Verizon devices, correct? If so, was this done in the store or did you mail them in? Also, you should have 60 days to submit your final bill. Have you chatted with T-Force over Facebook or Twitter about this yet? If not, that's my number one recommendation to get this handled as fast as possible so you can get your reimbursement in your hands.
