Do you live close by a corporate store? I would call the store. Only once did I have a dropped, or hung up, call by Troubleshooting. Have you tried 611 recently since 6AM? Are you familiar with T-Force that uses social media, Tweeter and Face Book? This part of T-Mobile I don't have a clue.
