I understand your frustration when billing went out TWICE!
Unfortunately, because I am not a T-Mobile rep, I cannot help you about billing. I would need access to your account for me to help further.
What I recommend you do, is call T-Mobile reps, 611 from your T-Mobile phone, and tell them that this issue should be escalated. Also, tmo_amanda might be able to help you! She's a community manager and have more resources and knowledge.
Im truly sorry to hear that you are having such a difficult time with T-Mobile, I personally never had a problem, and would defnately like to help out as much as I can, so please let me know what happened next.

Yes, I have contacted T-mobile twice. It has been 3 (billing) days and still nothing.

What was the resolution when you spoke with our care teams? Did they say they were processing a refund and that it would take 3 business days for you to get your money back?

yes this was taken care of, but unfortunately I have another issue that I just posted about.
