Is this issue persisting? Have you tried a device restart? Are you able to connect to data?

Yes, so far it has only been with phone calls. I have tried restarting, but I still have the same problem with calls ending immediately. My data, text and other services are working just fine.

Can you confirm what device are you using?
Do you know what happens when someone calls you?

Yes, I have a Samsumg Galaxy S7. Several coworkers and buddies have tried calling, but they have said that the call drops almost instantly.

1 of 1 people found this helpfulHow many bars of signal do you have? Does this happen when any number calls you? Can you switch the phone to 2G only and see if the calls come through? I don't expect you to keep it on this setting, this is just a test to see if the issue is stemming from a certain band. Please let us know the results. Thanks.

Happy Wednesday, treefish! Have you had a chance to try out MC's suggestion of flipping your phone into 2G mode to see if you're able to connect to calls? If not, give that a shot and let us know how it goes.

Greetings, I apologize for the late response, but I recently had the chance to visit a nearby location and they were able to help me find the solution.
From what I observed, he went into Settings->Connections->Mobile Networks and changed the preferred network from LTE/CDMA to LTE/GSM/UMTS. Since then I have been able to make and receive calls without any problems.
