How do I go about not having one particular employee respond to my chat help!?


    I've had this guy name Matthew respond to my live chat request 3 times and called me once and ever since, I had to get backoffice involved to get my old pan put back together!! He just replied to my chat session again and I asked him to transfer me immediately and he refused! He said he works Saturdays, Sundays and Wednesdays and I really would like NOT to touch my account and respond to my help questions like ever!!!!!
