Seems like there is no way to add another user without calling or without being present in the store; cannot use the chat feature from my account to add a user nor can I utilize a customer service email option since one does not exist.

Hey, magenta4952863! There may actually be one more option here. Are you able to access social media channels from your current station? If you can reach out to our T-Force team on Twitter or Facebook, we have a secure platform for account verification in those channels and should be able to help you make some changes even though you're not currently able to reach out over the phone!
