Sorry to hear you are having trouble viewing your bill! Are you getting any specific errors when trying to view your bill online? Can you please walk me through exactly how you are trying to view your bill?

I just clicked on a link that says view your bill. Nothing came up. This site does not allow me to see my bill. According to a statement that I got on my phone I am being billed $4.40 more this month on my automatic billing. I would like to see my bill to understand what this is for.

Have you tried calling in to get this information in the meantime. Also what plan do you have? If it is a older one than the additional charges are probably coming from taxes and fees. Like I said though you should be able to get more details about your plan and the cost by reaching out to the T-force team. Hmmmm, this sounds like it could be an issue with the browser. Have you ever been able to see your bill? Also, can you try using a different web browser?

I can't get it on my mobile phone with the app either.

Ahh okay, if you are getting the same result in the T-Mobile app, there may actually be something wrong on the account side. As dragon1562 mentioned, you can contact us to get this information but when you contact us, we can also open up a support ticket to get this permanently fixed.
