I am so sorry about that! Is this for the Carrier freedom reimbursement? If so, did you ever get a chance to speak with our reimbursement team and if so, what did they say?

Yeah, they wanted proof of bill and the T-mobile company send it to them and they still didn’t approve it

Oh no!! Do you still have a copy of that final bill? If so, did the reimbursement team tell you how to re submit it to them?

The original poster and magenta4326133 were having a bit of a different issue. Have you been denied your reimbursement? If so, what was the reason?
