Hi, chris13!
Thanks for swinging by to see if we can get to the bottom of your LineLink issues. The first one is one that I consider to be common. We have a pretty huge thread with others that have been having issues here: LineLink drops calls with 3 beeps . The latest on that issue is an update was supposed to be rolled out to resolve the issue (I'm still working with teams on this). The three beeps is normal but it dropping the call afterwards is not.
I'm sorry there isn't a solid solution just yet but this is an issue that our Engineers are aware of and are still working on.

That said, none of TMO's solutions have worked thus far and I have to seriously consider other providers, unfortunately.
