This sounds more like a software issue where the phone keeps thinking you are rebooting it. What kind of resets were you trying on your phone? Were these just soft resets or did you do a full master reset on the phone?

As Chris mentioned above, this does sound more like a software issue. We'd still like to get to the bottom of this for you. When you get a moment please let us know what type of resets you were doing.

If you are still having issues with the phone rebooting itself and showing the error 101, can you please try the below reset on your phone? This will not erase any of your personal information from the phone.

My phone is still on a constant reboot and showing Eror 101. I have tried the reset you suggested and it didn't help. but Thank you for trying to help me fix the problem I'm having with my phone.
